The process for the loan was very easy. The online tools made uploading documents and being updated on the status of the mortgage easy. There was always someone to answer questions by phone or email when they came up. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.

This is the second refinance I have done with Marcy Hunter and I can’t say enough about her professionalism. She is up to date on the market gets a locked in rate quickly. The whole loan process is streamlined and Marcy is involved with each step with helpful advice. You feel like you have an advocate. My loan closed in less than a month and I actually miss talking to Marcy. You will not find a better lender.

I have had the pleasure working with Mrs. Lisa Amorosa and her co-worker Mrs. Marcy Hunter for both my initial home loan and my refinance. Both ladies take the time and treat you as an individual rather than “just another client” to ensure that you are making all of the right choices appropriate for you and your family. I was highly impressed that both showed a strong commitment to getting me the best possible outcome for my situation. The responsiveness from both is unparalleled and the entire process, no matter how tedious it appeared, felt very relaxed with no unnecessary stress. I highly recommend both Mrs Amorosa and Mrs. Hunter as they will provide you with excellent customer service and I strongly believe that they looked at my situation from an advocate for the client as opposed to someone that is just trying to meet their quota and sell a product without any care for the person. THe FBC prepared an estimate with all expense included that made it easy for me to make an informed decision decision. Once I decided to proceed I was provided a list of items required. I printed out my list to utillize as a checklist. I transmitted the information as requested and we were a matter of several weeks until we completed the refinancing.

My experience with FBC began when I talked with Lisa Amarosa in April and met with her on April 11, 2019. From the beginning she was professional, cordial, and detail oriented. All through the application process I was extremely impressed with Lisa and Marcy. They didn't skip a beat and stayed with me during the entire proccess. This was very important because I was also (during the same period of time) selling my home in Wilmington, NC and the details of both of those events, not to mention packing to move and a myriad of other requirements, were mind boggling.
