One of my worst experiences
I was a first time homebuyer and this was a bad experience. The only reason I finished my process with them is due to being advised I would lose money if I pulled out at that point in the process. For my first time purchasing and being in the home still saddens me. My home is beautiful but the two people I worked with were unprofessional, ill-prepared, and more. It feels like a lingering bad taste in my mouth that's hard to get rid of. This is my honest opinion.
Nicole's Tip: My first advice is -- Use someone else. Don't Give Any Money Unless you are certain of your closing date, they have all documents, and it's terms you agree to. If you are working with and individual who makes you feel like you owe them before you buy STOP 🔴. This should be one of your most enjoyable moments of purchasing. If you get to title and you are aware of some type of change or update never mentioned to you 🔴 STOP.

I have had a few mortgages in the past and this company by far was great, everything was easy, the assistance was there without waiting more then a few hours ( most was within a few minutes with a phone call ) everything was explained with all the options spelled out clearly.

Clarence's Tip: Don’t not procrastinate. If they ask you for the information they need give it to them. I was done with over a month left before I closed. Even closing didn’t take long once I was approved half the signatures was done Electronically.

I found the whole process efficient and thorough. I just had a little problem with technology part as I am not so savvy. But I got through alright. All of the representatives I spoke with were helpful and friendly. I other words great interpersonal relationship. Not sure if anything can be done about the speed of the information being sent. It seemed a little overwhelming.
