Mr. Christie was proactive and responsive. He explained the options and follow-up on items I need to complete or correct. He listened to concerns and helped resolve issues. I was concerned about the rates and customer service since I was referred by the builder. This purchase was my sixth residence. Mr. Christie was excellent, and the rates were better or equal to the other providers. I would highly recommend his services.
