BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company will take your home and has no intention of ever helping you. They will tell you they will but they are just waiting for you to make that 1 mistake and boom, there they go filing foreclosure. Their attorney is no better. They fraudently acquire mortgages and their attorney who also owns his own title company makes up the assignments. Do not believe one word they tell you. They sell themselves as NJ friendly but trust me, they are not!!! Just stay FAR, FAR, AWAY from this company!!!
