The process involved repetitive requests for redundant documents and documents and items monthly sometimes every 2 weeks over the course of the process. Rate was not competitive enough for my liking and I did not feel my loan team had my best interests at heart a closing agent should have been sent to my home to complete the out of town close as opposed to me having to search all over for someone who would agree to notarize the documentation. As such, none of the documents were explained to me at all and there was NO ONE to answer any questions.
