i have been working with Mike for the past 8-10 years i think. Great guy & great service. Guess that's why I keep coming back. I have bought several houses maybe more and always continue to get great service. Quick, painless and easy. Everytime i need him, he's always there which is nice. Even if I have to leave a message, he gets back to me right away. I like that. I can be impatient as it is, so that makes me feel even better and gives me that sense of security I guess you can say. Hats off to Mike, his team & FBC. Customer for life!
John's Tip: I will say shop around but FBC is a big , great company. Sometimes you get what you pay for but actually they were better than the other two I looked into.

First Time Homebuyer in Awe!
Absolutely in awe of the wonderful wonderful Charlotte team at FBC Mortgage. At first we were a little concerned as our account was referred to FBC Mortgage with only about a month left to closing, however from day 1 Mike and his team were absolutely amazing with communication, information, and timeliness. Mike and his team kept us in the loop every step of the way, their system was high tech, very user friendly and easy to use. They also sent us personalized videos every step of the way throughly explaining the mortgage process to us. As first time homebuyers they made this process extremely comfortable and really worked with us (as we were not the perfect traditional homebuyers either). The FBC Mortgage team was so efficient that we were processed early and ready to close with time to spare! I am so grateful to Mike and his entire team for putting forth this immense effort and bringing us to close. Do not hesitate to use FBC Mortgage for your homeownership needs, especially the Charlotte NC team!

FBC Mortgage is fantastic. I did my original mortgage and this refinance with them. They made it so easy it is amazing Mike Bedell and his team are the best. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. I call him my mortgage loan guru. He goes above and beyond in helping his customers as well as helping you understand the entire process. All you have to do is send them the information they request, sign electronically and you're done. They inform you what is going on every step of the way as well as watching out for you in securing the lowest interest rate possible at the time. I would highly recommend this company for any type of original loan or refinance

Mike and his team, were great from start to finish. They came in with a very short timeline and operated quickly and extremely efficiently. This was an out of state purchase which presented some additional obstacles that were minimized by the knowledge and hard work of this team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage company, especially those looking at VA loans which adds an extra layer of complications.
