FBC team was great. Mike Bedell helped us in the process from begging to end, always on top of everything checking on us and the house even when our builder was taking longer he was always calling to make sure we are taken care of. I will totally recommend them and if I have to, I will work with them again. FBC provided a competitive interest rate in the middle of a hot market.

Amazing Experience
As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and had plenty of questions. Michael and his team addressed ALL of my questions and concerns. Documents that I needed to sign, Michael or someone from his team will provide an explanation of the document. I’ve heard so many horror stories regarding underwriting and closing process. My experience was beyond my expectations!
