I don’t know where to begin. Sherry deserves more than 5 stars! I am a realtor and she has been helping with everything throughout this process in order to have my buyers ready for closing. As a first time Homebuyer I didn’t know what really went into the process (paperwork, etc). I would text and email the team to get some updates and have some questions we had answered but no one replied(and if they did it was days/weeks later). One day I finally received a email and call from Sherry and ever since she has made sure we knew what was going on and what step in the process we were currently at. If I had concerns and questions I would send her a message and she would reply (or call) within the hour and explained everything in detail. She eased my anxiety and made sure I knew that everything was working smoothly behind the scenes. Our Closing date was pushed back a couple days( and as I am 34 weeks pregnant I was scared that the date was going to keep getting pushed back) I called Sherry to ask some questions that we had and she eased my fears and informed me of why the date was pushed! Her communication made this process bearable. I will recommend her to anyone who ask. Thank you Sherry for Everything!-

Buying a home and selling home at the same time is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part, but Jeanette Rangel was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. She kept us advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason for every obscure document requested from us. Her manner was always friendly, and she was always available to answer every stupid question we had, and every worries we had, and we had lots of worries since closing sale on our home in California and closing on brand new home in Nevada in literally 3 days apart required surgical precision and that’s exactly what Jeanette Rangel did so brilliantly.
