Jody and her team were great and worked hand-on-hand with us until the very last minute of the business transaction. Even though we stumbled upon a particular number of challenges with the financing approval throughout the process, she did everything within her reach to assist and figure out solutions. Very stressful
It took so long to get an approval. Every time I asked if it would get approved soon, they would say yes and then ask for more stuff from me. This happened several times over several weeks. Only 3 days before closing, I got an email that the mortgage is approved. Nothing official, no commitment letter. I sat on pins and needles until closing. I was so afraid the deal would fall through. The closing was done through email. The next day I get a call from the title company that I sent the wrong amount. When I proved to them that I sent the right amount, they said the mortgage company changed the amount last minute without notifying me and with no explanation. Over a thousand dollars more. Nothing I could do at this point but send more money. I gave 2 stars because I really liked my loan officer and I do not think he was at fault.

Kevin took multiple calls from me well past working hours and answered all my questions expertly, and most importantly, honestly. We were required to provide what felt like mountains of documentation for the underwriters and there was some frustration on our behalf due to some inaccurate student loan data the FBC team had but they prodded us along gently and patiently nonetheless.
