Not transparent, very costly
Closed a home with Coventry in DFW. Lender was never available over phone. Locked rate at high interest rate and never revisited. He was never available to answer any question. Never use these guys and never recommend to anyone else. Worst, had much better experience with Taylor Morrison home funding.

Lack of response
This is probably the worse loan experience I’ve ever had and this is my 3rd home. I was rotated between 3 loan officers that kept quitting their job. I have a mortgage payment coming up and have no idea where to make my payments. I have emailed and called several times but no response. The minute they close on your loan they just drop you. Please call me back, I need to make my mortgage payment. This is illegal to not give your customer instructions on how to make their loan payment.

Joani Ferris is the best to work with
I got the opportunity to work with Joani Ferris on my loan application and she made it very easy the whole process. She was very detailed in the whole process where communication was crisp and clear and she was very well organized throughout the overall execution. Although I did not like JET Home Loan as a company because their rates are not good, I was getting much lower rates in other places but I had to go with them for closing as this was the preferred lender from the Coventry Builder side.
