Bambi was very knowledgeable and attentive with our questions. She knew what she was talking about and had answers for many questions. When it was time to close out of nowhere things seemed very disorganized and disheveled pushing our closing back a day with little to no warning.

Bambi was great from start to finish I can't say enough how good of care of us. We did have to turn in a excessive amount of paperwork which was do to issues I had to get cleared up. Be patient and they will make it happen. She has a great team.

My husband and I would highly recommend FBC Mortgage to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Bambi and her team were extremely helpful and on top of everything to make the mortgage process so smooth.
